RU-ORIGINAL LICENSE AGREEMENT(S)
CONDITIONS OF USE
These general conditions regulate the access to the portal www.ru-original.com (hereinafter the “Site”) and the use of the services and content therein (by way of example: images, software, texts, trademarks and logos , color combinations, structures and drawings). Any person who accesses and / or uses the Site assumes the status of “User” and accepts, from the moment of its first access and / or use, the present conditions, which apply regardless of the General Conditions of Sale that regulate the possible purchase of the products in the online catalog of the website. Failure to accept these Conditions does not permit further access or use of the Website contents and services.
1. The Portal
Access to the www.ru-original.com site is free. The website www.ru-original.com is managed by ROSE UNITE of Marta Pezzati P. IVA 03615110131. The User declares to accept the site “as is”. ROSE UNITE is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, that may possibly derive from the use of the website. Without any notice, the Portal and its contents can be modified or replaced. 2. Protection of online privacy
All data transmitted by the User, through access or use of the website will be processed in accordance with the rules of “Protection of online privacy”, viewable on the Privacy Policy page that are hereby expressly referred to and accepted by the User.
3. User’s Obligations
The user undertakes not to transmit, disclose, send, communicate or store information and other materials:
• protected by copyright or revealing trade secrets; • obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, offensive, libelous, sexually explicit; • unsolicited or advertising messages or solicitation to purchase, surveys, chains of letters; • containing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs and other elements intended to damage, intercept or misuse data, information, physical and logical structures of Ru-original.com, its affiliates or third parties.
The user also accepts not to:

ROSE UNITE reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, these General Conditions of Access and Use. Any changes will take effect immediately from the first publication on the site and until any new changes.

General conditions of sale for online purchases on the Ru-original site

CO – 323987 (hereafter “Rose Unite”), makes available to all users the opportunity to purchase the distributed products (hereinafter “Products”) via the website www.Ru-original.com of which ROSE UNITE it is the only and exclusive owner.
1. General notes
These general conditions of sale (“General Conditions”) are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree n.206 / 2005 and s.m.i.) and by the rules on electronic commerce. (D.Lgs.n.70 / 2003 and s.m.i.) and apply exclusively to the remote sale via the web of the Products shown on the website www.ru-original.com, where the “add to cart” button is present. In case of variations of the General Conditions, to the purchase order, as specified in the following art. 3 and 4 of these General Conditions (hereinafter “Purchase Order”) will apply the General Conditions published on the Site at the time of sending the Order by the Customer (hereinafter “Customer”).
2. How to fulfil the contract with Rose Unite
To fulfil the purchase contract of one or more products on www.ru-original.com, you will have to fill the order in electronic format and and submit it to the Vendor following the instructions.
The order form contains a summary of the General Sale Conditions and a summary on the most relevant characteristics of every product and their prices, on the payment methods you can use to purchase the ordered products and on the shipping methods. The form also contains a reference to the Return Policy and to the period within which the Vendor will accept your return and under which conditions.
The contract is fulfilled when the Vendor receives your order, subject to prior order information check.
Before proceeding with the purchase, transmitting the order, you will be asked to read the General Sale Conditions and the Return Policy, to print out a copy, to save and reproduce a copy for your personal use.
Your order will be recorded in our database for the period needed to process the orders and within the terms of laws..
Before proceeding with the transmission of the order you will be asked to find and correct information errors. Once the ROSE UNITE contract is fulfilled, your purchase order will be processed.
The vendor may decide not to process your order when the order lacks of information or do not provide sufficient solvency guarantees or are not complete or when the products are out of stock. In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail specifying the reasons. If the products on RU-ORIGINAL.COMare not available or out of stock the Vendor will communicate in the shortest time possible, or in any case within 30 days of submitting your order, the product’s unavailability. In case of submitting the order and processing with the payment, the vendor will refund you the corresponding amount.
When submitting an order, you accept and you undertake to observe these General Sale Conditions in the relation with the Vendor. If you do not accept some of the terms of the General Sale Conditions, please do not submit any order on www.RU-ORIGINAL.com.
When submitting an order, you confirm knowledge and acceptance of the General Sale Conditions and of the information contained on the website www.angelovintage.com, by links too, including the General Conditions of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Returns Policy.
Once the contract is fulfilled, the Vendor will e-mail you with a purchase confirmation with a summary of the information already contained in the order form (General Sale Conditions, Return Policy, the information relating to the products, the price, the payment method and shipping fees).
3. Guarantees and indication of product prices
www.ru-original.com sells vintage products which, for their own nature, can be used and / or with severe signs of wear. The description of the products displayed Rose Unite will specify the products conditions when necessary..
the product’s description gives the most relevant information about the product. The pictures and colours of the products on www.RU-ORIGINAL.com may not correspond to the real one due to the Internet browser and to the monitor used.
The price of the products are expressed in Euro and are VAT included. The prices can be updated. Please check the final sale price before submitting the order form. The Vendor, if you want to return one or all the items purchased, may not accept the return of products without the security tag on or products damaged or altered.
4. Payments
The Payment of the Order must be made when the Order is sent to Rose Unite. The Payment can be made on-line by Credit Card and / or PayPal, following the instructions reported on the Site and as specified below: For reasons of transaction security Rose Unite reserves the right to request for identity document of the credit card holder Simultaneously with the communication of the Order Confirmation, the total amount to be paid will be charged to the customer .Rose Unite will issue an invoice related to the Purchase Order, sending it via e-mail to the person in charge of the Order. If within 48 (forty eight) hours from the confirmation of the Order, the invoice is not received by e-mail, have to contact Rose Unite at the following link “Contact”. The information provided by the Customer will be used to issue the invoice. Rose Unite reminds the Customer to always check the accuracy of the information provided.
5. Delivery methods
Rose Unite carries out the delivery by shippers specialized , in the Italian territory, San Marino and Vatican City, European Community and USA. At the time of delivery the presence of the Customer is required or of a trusted person to check that the packaging is intact and clean and that the products received correspond to what is reported on the Order. In the case of visible defects, such as incorrect quantities and / or incorrect product and non-integrity of the packaging, Rose Unite asks the Customer to report the anomalies on the Transport Document and to contact Rose Unite at the “Contact” link.. Rose Unite delivers the purchased products within the terms stated on the Site at the time of purchase. Delays are accepted no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase as follows:
at the time of placing the Order the estimated Delivery date will be indicated. This date has an indicative value only, therefore no responsibility can be attributed to Rose Unite in case of non-compliance with the same if the delivery takes place within 30 (thirty) days from the Order. The delivery will take place without prior appointment . Delivery will be made by courier at a time between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm from Monday to Friday. The Carrier will proceed to make number 1 (one) attempt to deliver the Products to the address indicated by the Customer. In case of absence on delivery, the Carrier will send the Customer a notice by e-mail or leave a notice indicating a telephone number to contact the Carrier and agree on the second Delivery. If the Customer wants to check the status of his Order he can consult the on-line page “check delivery” … or he can contact us through the channels listed in the “Contact” section of the Website.
6. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and detailed in the Purchase Order and in the Order Confirmation. For each delivery method, as indicated in the previous Art.5
7. Assistance Center for Information and Complaints
The Customer may have information about the Assistance Services, including after-sales assistance, as well as for the forwarding of any complaints by contacting Rose Unite through the channels listed in the “Contact” section of the website.
8. Cancellation of Purchase Order
If the Customer wishes to cancel his Order, he can cancel it within the day after the payment, without additional costs. In this case, Rose Unite will reimburse the Customer for the full amount paid by reimbursement on the same channel used for payment. In case of subsequent cancellation of the Order Rose Unite will reimburse the customer the amount paid reduced the delivery costs. By the same methods as above.
Right of withdrawal
Our goal is is to guarantee your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order you can return it, without penalties. You have 14 days from your delivery date for a refund of the items bought on www.ru-original.com as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code, art.52 and subsequent of the Consumer Code, as amended by the Legislative Decree of 21/02/2014 n.21.
The Right of Withdrawal is exercised by sending – before the expiry of the Withdrawal Period as indicated above – a Notice of Withdrawal by letter addressed to

The Withdrawal Notice must specify the wish to withdraw from the Purchase and the Product for which it intends to exercise the right of Withdrawal.
The Return of the Product / s must be within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the customer has communicated his decision to withdraw ( Article 52 Consumer Code). The customer can return the Product / s and provide for the relative shipment. For any information regarding costs and methods of transport for the return of the Products / o, you can contact us through the channels listed in the “Contacts” section of the Website.
Rose Unite, reminds its customer the return shipping costs are at the customer’s expenses and that the Return is under the complete responsibility of the customer. Rose Unite, also reminds its customer , before returning, to check that the items intact and undamaged. Rose Unite, reminds its Consumers that in case of withdrawal exercised within the day following the date of conclusion of the contract, the Consumer will not be burdened by the expenses related to the return of the Product / s object of Recess. The amount will be reimbursed by the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless expressly requested by the customer. Rose Unite, as the Article 56 of the Consumer Code and Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until it has received the items or its has been shipped
9. Processing of personal data
Customer data is processed by Rose Unite, in compliance with the provisions on personal data protection, as specified in the information provided in the section “Information pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 / 06/2003 “.
